The company provides accounting services and in particular for salary administration. Compliance Services (KYC, UK-Taxation Agreement, FATF, Basel III, etc.) are provided for Banks and Asset Management Companies. As a member of the Institute of Certified Accountants and Tax Consultants in Switzerland, we also provide audit services for selected SME’s and Limited companies.
He was a member of the board of directors of the "Helvetische Bank" in Zurich for 14 years. In his previous position, he was partner at KPMG, specialised in the Financial Services Division and provided audit, consulting and trust services for international banks operating in Switzerland and abroad.
Mr. Spillmann began his professional career in banking where he excelled with client management. Over a several years he proved to be a top performer in various areas of asset management, including derivates, options and futures.
In 2006 he focused on private equity and worked for LGT Bank in Liechtenstein. During this time his knowledge of successful private equity operations grew substantially and this proved to be the basis for leading him to eventually launch Swiss Place AG, where he presently serves as member of the board and CEO, as well as being a main shareholder.
Mr. Spillman’s substantial client management skills have been a key success in his ability to identify talent and grow the business successfully. Swiss Place AG is a great recipient of his ability to attract and groom shooting star talent.
Jürgen Schlichting, International Market Development

Mr. Schlichting, lic.rer.pol. (economics, University of Basel/Switzerland), has extensive experience in the design and implementation of international projects, in management and corporate governance, and in cross-border business development for products and services.
Clients have been international institutions (World Bank, EU, IDB, various ministries in Germany and abroad) as well as private companies of many different sectors.
After many years of rendering services in countries abroad (mostly Latin America and Europe), today he is active with international market development and the formation of branch offices and subsidiaries abroad, as well as with selected mandates as board member (executive and non-executive) of medium-sized companies.

Swiss Place AG founding member
Manuel Wiedmer has been a founding member of Swiss Place AG since 2009. He is a general client advisor and is responsible for the extremely important and close communication with our shareholders.
Since 2011, he has been the owner of Wiedmer Consulting which, after Gommiswald, is now based in Wollerau SZ as of July 2025. Wiedmer Consulting sometimes takes on smaller projects in co-operation with specific customer requests.

Studied at the Universities of Bern (CH), Geneva (CH) and Pittsburgh (USA). He is particularly active in the areas of financial market law and civil law. As part of his legal practice, he has focused during the last 15 years on fields of civil law such as marriage and inheritance law, contract law and corporate law. He was for more than 5 years, a senior officer at the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC) (today Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA) in the Department Approvals (Banks)/Collective Investment Schemes.
During this time he specialized in the field of international wealth management and completed an MBA (University of Geneva) and an Executive MBA (Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh). Until July 2007 he headed up the Swiss Financial Services Legal & Regulatory Department of a large audit company.
Dieter C. Söhner has a vast experience both in the field of financial industry, particularly corporate governance, compliance and wealth management, and in the range of civil law.
Hans-Peter Milinski has extensive international experience across Capital Markets, Fund Administration and Financial Infrastructure. He has held senior project and advisory roles for banks and financial institutions in Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom, including engagements within the Deloitte and Pricewaterhouse environments. In addition, he has gained hands-on implementation experience in production-oriented operating structures, including assignments in Bucharest.
His primary focus lies on regulatory-driven transformation, migration and optimisation programmes. Combining compliance and governance expertise with operational delivery capabilities, he guides clients and stakeholders through complex international, multilingual and cross-cultural project environments in a structured and methodical manner.
